Cancellation Policy

Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Please ensure all details are entered correctly to avoid delays or cancellations. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit. No-shows will be charged the full service amount or may be required to prepay future bookings Late Policy: Please arrive on time to your appointment. A 5 minute grace period is allowed. After this time, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled to respect the next client. Late arrivals may still be charged the full service amount. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service and may be restricted from booking future appointments. Guests: To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or pets to your appointment unless previously approved. Health & Safety: Please arrive with clean skin/lashes/brows and inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. This ensures safe and effective treatments.
